Contract

All new owners are required to complete the RPA Contract prior to any boarding or daycare/trail services. Current RPA families may be asked to complete the updated contract if one is not already on file. 

Please have your dog's most up to date vaccination records available to upload as a photo or PDF. Once submitted, let us know and we'll confirm receipt and help schedule the next step, whether that's a trial day, boarding or daycare. 

Contracts are linked to your email address to ensure secure, owner controlled access. Only the email holder can add/update your dog's information. For safety & liability reason's, RPA is unable to altar information submitted through the email based contract system.

 

Need An Alternative?

Please contact us and let us know. An alternative option is available only for clients who do not have an email address or are unable to access their personal email due to genuine limitations.

Boarding/Daycare & Capacity Policy

For boarding stays, if you need to extend your dog's stay, you must notify us by 5:00 PM on the scheduled pick-up day.

 

If We Are Not Notified- ​

  • If space is available and we are not contacted, an additional $30 fee will be added per day your dog remains in our care without communication.

 

If Proper Notice Is Given-

  • When advance notice is provided and space is available, no additional fee will be charged beyond standard boarding rates.

 

When Pick Up Is Required Due To Capacity

  • If you are informed at the time of booking that the facility is fully booked for the following day, pick up on the scheduled date is required. Dogs must be picked up as scheduled. If pick up does not occur, an additional $50 fee will be added per day until pickup occurs.

We understand that emergencies can happen. Emergency situations will be reviewed on case-by-case basis at the discretion of RPA.

 

These policies help us manage capacity, staffing, and ensure proper care for all dogs on the property.

Property Damage Policy

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog during their stay. Repair or replacement fees may be assessed based on the extent of the damage, as outlined in the RPA Contract.

This policy helps us maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all dogs in our care.
