Contract

All new owners are required to complete the RPA Contract prior to any boarding or daycare/trail services. Current RPA families may be asked to complete the updated contract if one is not already on file. 

​Please have your dog's most up to date vaccination records available to upload as a photo or PDF. Once submitted, let us know and we'll confirm receipt and help schedule the next step, whether that's a trial day, boarding or daycare. 

Contracts are linked to your email address to ensure secure, owner controlled access. Only the email holder can add/update your dog's information. For safety & liability reason's, RPA is unable to altar information submitted through the email based contract system.​

Need An Alternative?

Please contact us and let us know. An alternative option is available only for clients who do not have an email address or are unable to access their personal email due to genuine limitations.
